Jackie LeClaire was born John Edmond Leclerq on May 11 1927 in Fall River Massachusetts to John Baptist, wife, Edna. Jackie's father was a clown and his mother a performer with the Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey Circus.

Jackie LeClaire passed away March 17 2019 at age 91, in Sarasota, Fl.

Sarasota's Circus Ring of Fame   On January 26, 2002 Jackie LeClaire was inducted into the Sarasota's Circus Ring of Fame.

In 1996 Jackie LeClaire was inducted into the International Clown Hall of Fame.
