"The Great Wallendas" Lloyd Bridges stars in this made-for-TV about the famed circus aerialist "The Wallenda Family". The movie follows the family through their triumphs and tragedies, (the fall in Detroit (1962), that killed two and their come back in Fort Worth (1963). The film was made with the assistance of Karl Wallenda who insisted on the accuracy of the films content. The Movie aired only 3 months before Karl's fatal fall Mar. 22, 1978 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
